So day one of back from camp, nesting like the mama bird I am, and dealing with my husband being on midnights did not go....toooooo badly.
I got most if not all the laundry completed. The kitchen became cleaned and slightly more organized, I banished the girls to their room until they remembered they liked each other, Peyton pee'd on the potty and then spent the rest of the day finding the hiding place for his soothers, and I only uttered the words " man I can't stand these kids " Once.
The rest of the time I spent avoiding any kind of cooking, resting my aching back (because I really need to stop picking up the 2 year old), and spending 3 hrs at the park for a Midwifery picnic (free food yum yum) and reminding my girls that I'M the boss and that hiding behind a big tree at the VERY BUSY downtown park is just NOT an option.
Considering this was my day of 'REST' and tomorrow I will begin to tackle 'THE LIST' that if rolled out would resemble Santa's, I think I did all right for managing to do as little as possible.

Glad you had a good time at camp. Peyton peed on the potty? That's fantastic! Although tell me you're not trying to potty train him while being 33 weeks pregnant!
