Nine years ago today I married my husband. Before the reception on his family farm he took me to the field. We have a great picture of the two of us gazing into the valley at the land our children would some day inherit.It was at that moment I chose to tell him there was NO WAY I would ever move to the farm. No way. nope. Never. O.K so I may have not have said it THAT DAY, but I guarantee that is what I was thinking.
I'm glad things did not work out the way I expected them to and I'm grateful for a patient and loving husband who puts up with me :) I love you!!!
Why the above picture when it has nothing to do with my wonderful husband? Because for some reason I could not find ONE picture of the two of us and I want to press publish post in one minute.....
Besides. Today was a GREAT homeschooling day. It was a reminder of why my life is the way it is. Why we made the decisions we have and why God is so so good to me.
What better day for it to happen than 9 years to the day when I told my husband I would never ever be in this position ;)
