Sometimes I find myself wondering WHY. Why is THIS my life? Why is THIS how I spend my days? Where did I go in all of this? What is the point? I'm doing a terrible job and they don't deserve to be stuck with me as a mother. Will they turn out o.k despite me?
Then I watch something like this and I get it. Thanks Mom for sending this to me. I needed that.

I watched this recently as well - I was sobbing by the end of it. I believe it is a chapter from a book she wrote by the same name!

sob...sniff....I've relived this about 5 times now, the fifth being sending Tim off to school in New Brunswick on Friday. So true.It will be even harder with Rob and Paddy as the last ones....even though I love the new older people my kids have become, I miss the little ones.
