Ran in the bitter cold for this years first 5km road race. It hurt and I came in 51st or something crazy like that but I could not care less. I was out there and doing it despite the frigid temperatures. My lungs and knees hurt but my ego DID NOT as people passed me. I was just glad to be out there back in the running game.
It was good.
Real good.
