So, I managed a nap today. A rare occurrence around here but a necessity for me these days. Growing a human in my belly is hard business I tell y'a.

Anyway, so I was jolted out of my sleep by the doorbell.

Some lady.

Telling me there is a baby calf in my yard.

I'm like...duh.

She's like...we just missed him with the car.

I'm like huh?

She's like...he's out of the fence.

I'm like crap.

So there ends my nap by chasing a calf once again back into his yard.

He is A LOT stronger now.

Stinker.

I won though and he is happily drinking water and eating hay.

Anyway, here are some pics of the kids after our visit with friends last weekend. Lara took it upon herself to be the teacher and dress everyone up.

I don't like this picture of me, but I LOVE this pic of Peyton. My husband thinks he needs a hair cut. I TOTALLY disagree.

Robert is totally worse than a toddler. Thankfully that lady stopped to let you know he was playing on the road!
