This morning I dug a 90ft path from ALOT of snow, dug out my van, lugged a wheel barrow full of wood to the furnace, cleaned out chickens, collected eggs, and put back together a mail box that gets hit by a snow plow on a nightly basis....OH, and fed and changed my babies.
ALL BEFORE I HAD MY COFFEE.
Did I join the military again?
Well at least I am developing some great arms with all this wood throwing and snow shoveling.
Body Sculpting and Character building. That is what I'm doing these days :)
The sun is shining and the snow is beautiful. We are going to try to get out and play with the cousins across the road. We miss them terribly and are in need of some good old fashion toboganning fun.

I hope you guys have fun in the snow today! It is STILL snowing here...there is sooo much of it! i think i may light some candles and try to feel cozy though! :)
oh..guess what? One of our chickens died :( i am really bummed. It got sick and the rest of them were beating up on her...so we seperated her from the rest and used a heat lamp etc..and she died. I just wanted to share with you cuz i know you are a chicken gal as well.

Alison, you are amazing. You are brave, you are definitely a warrior woman! Be careful in the snow.
Although you have had a busy start, sounds like you are in for a beautiful day. I hope you have an enjoyable day in the country with your kids, and good company.
Goodness, girl! You ARE going to have some great arm muscles! And leg I'm sure, from al that running. Your hubby won't know what to do when summer hits and you're running around in shorts and a tank top :)
