Snow has arrived

Yesterday was a big day. The girls and I headed for Ottawa to visit with some friends while Adam played in a snow football tournament. The started off super early and I thought would be horribly long, but wow the time went by way too fast and the were fantastic!
I had a great visit with my good friends, but much too short :(

On our way back we ran into white out conditions on the road but made it home safely. The funny part was there was no sign of snow falling in Ottawa but when we turned into our street there was two feet of snow!!!! It must have been the lake effect or something because I have never seen this much snow since we have lived in this snowless town!!!
I guess Vancouver finally pushed it our way.
I'm not complaining though. It is beautiful out today and the girls will have fun. I also did not have to shovel our driveway because my fabulous neighbors snow blowed for me knowing I would be out there with my pregnant but slaving away. O.K so even my neighbors know me too well and stopped me before I did it.
Actually I think I would have been so overwhelmed I would have just waited for Adam to get home.
It would have been a great work out though which is something I really miss.

Anyhoo Adam won the snow tournament. Being the humble guy he is, he says it was not in the top division. Who cares. I'll be proud for him. He received MVP sacrificing his body for the team. Good going hun. I'm glad you had fun. Almost got into a fight though.... oh sorry....just questioned the other guys abilities to play football :) Boys will be boys :)

We had another offer on the house. FYI the lady that came by twice did indeed put in the offer. So my incredible patience is paying off :)
We are still holding out on the right offer as we have time to wait. That and I don't trust my real estate agent to throw him and so we are sticking to our guns.

On that note I am making my appology tomorrow to Donna (secretaries name). So can I come off the stairs now???
