Since my computer still hates me and does not want to upload pics...here is another oldie but goodie. Ah the glory days. That is me finishing a 10km race. See the blood sweat and tears expressed on my face...Or is that a face happy to see the porta potty ??
I feel so far removed from running. I know I'll get back into it as soon as the baby is born but wow does that ever look like alot of effort from my comfy computer chair!!!
So I applied for BirthDays on the Life Network. They wrote back saying that I was very interesting but we had to live in Toronto. Well there goes all hope of stardum for me...sniff sniff. I applied for Deal or No Deal only to be rejected there as well, and all HGTV shows are in Toronto or Vancouver. Anyone want to nominate me for a wardrobe or hair make over? I won't be insulted. Really.
I suppose I will have to settle for a life of mediocrity......OR!!!!!! I could become a stage mom and live vicariously through the lives of my children!!! yes ! yes!
Let's see....I could enter Lara in Pageants and dress her up like a 20 year old and parade her around a stage like a little tart....or, maybe I could get her into gymnastics...push her really hard so she feels like the only way to please me is to win at all costs, sacrificing her body for the sake of MY stardum.
Oh I could only be so lucky :)
On a serious note....I am looking forward to seeing what my kids are interested in when they get older. Adam is convinced Erin is going to be a basketball player, and Lara Softball. Just for that Peyton will be the violinist or the dancer. I would be the proud mamma in the audience crying trying to hold the video camera :)
O.K I'll stop talking about nothing and get on with my day. I suppose I can't stay in my housecoat all day. Oh wait....yes I can :)
