Some days I wonder about the things that come out of my mouth. I am tired today which is absolutely no excuse to treat other people poorly.
I was phoning my real estate agent to ask him what the deal is with not hearing from the other agent and got his secretary instead. She said he was not available but asked if she could take a message. I said no thanks, I'll just call his cell. (Because normally that is what she would have me do) Than she said, can I ask what it is about? I'm thinking to myself, if I wanted to leave a message than I would have told you....but I blurted out.... Actually it is none of your business so I'll just call his cell. thanks
How terrible! I am so ashamed of my snotty attitude. I would call her back to appologize but I did not catch her name and don't want to get someone else. Or worse...what if she has call display and told the real estate guy what a snot I am!! Oh I so don't want to call back. Serves me right for taking my attitude out on her.
For what it is worth secretary lady I really am sorry. I think it would mean more if I phoned her though and told her that. I probably put a little crink in her day and she would probably appreciate the gesture. Will I? maybe tomorrow. yes maybe tomorrow.
