Now that the garden season is over we have opened up the garden to the chickens. I'm hoping they devour some of the leftover plants, scratch through and turn up the dirt, and poop all over it to add some much needed Nitrogen to the soil.
Oh...and they are also very useful in getting rid of pumpkins from Halloween.
