I have a new best friend...SPANX panty hose. Oh my my my I did not know what I was MISSING in my life. Seriously.
I like to wear skirts and dresses in the winter but have a dickens of a time finding hosiery that fits well. Not to mention that I'm CHEAP. In fact the last 4 pairs I've purchased were so incredibly uncomfortable and ill fitting that I returned one pair and threw out the others. I even 'splurged' on 8$ ones...sigh

I found myself in Winners the other day and came upon a 19$ pair of Spanx Panty hose. (originally 40$). Now normally I would NEVER buy a 20$ pair of hose but considering my success with the last few pairs of 8$ hosiery I was willing to give it a shot. I mean if they can get away with normally charging 40$ for a pair then they must be O.K.

I have to say that these are the BEST nylons/hosiery I have EVER PUT ON MY BODY. wow do they deliver!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are not only worth the 20$ I forked out but just may be worth the 40$ they normally go for.
Seriously ladies. I recommend you all run out and get yourself a pair even to wear under your pants. If they can do to your butt and thighs what they are doing to mine I think there just may be a revolution....or more babies in the near future if you catch my drift ;)

Have you ever tried the control top ones with the thigh slimmer- they are super comfy and tighter from about 5 inches above the knee to the waist-gives a great illusion to tighter tighs, butt and no tummy!
they are about $6-8 only at Sears or stores like that- you can also get them footless for under jeans, like capris..might be worth it too..
Oh...sounds great!! Maybe my flabby stomach wouldn't look so bad with those...may give them a try this spring.
Um...when you put them on, do they dig into your waist, causing muffin top? I hate that. It's the main reason why I don't wear skirts in the winter.

I've never bought any 'cause they look as if they would strangle my body from the waist down - but I'm impressed by your review - I totally hate panti-hose (I don't wear skirts in winter) but after what you said, maybe I'll give those a try.
