The temperature is above 10C at the moment. All of the snow that I trucked through last week is melting....having dug up our yard to put in the furnace in December, we have A LOT OF MUD. I can't even describe the sight of my girls after they went 'SWIMMING' in the mud. They had fun....the clothes are still outside as I don't feel like tackling them.
My chickens are LOVING IT!! I just open the coop door and they roam free. They also love the leftover bread from my new bread machine....spoiled...spoiled chickens :)
Spoiled...Spoiled me as I have slept like a rock the last few days. Just knowing Adam is finished all of his training and is here to take care of things has allowed my body to rest. Ahhhhhh...

Hasn't this weather been wonderful?! We haven't gone above 0 here, but it's still been melting off the roof and been great for being outside. If winters were like this every year, I might not hate them so much!!!
I'm so glad for you that your man is back home again. As self-sufficient and independent as we can be, there's just something very comforting and peaceful about having them home.
My guy hasn't actually left yet. He'll be leaving on the 28th and then he'll be gone for two straight months. It's nice for some things, but definitely better once he's home again!!
Must be great to have your hubby home. I am happy for you and the kids!
