Homeschooling for Mommies

Note to self Times Two....

First, when you buy two containers that look pretty much the same, make sure you read the label...because putting dish soap in the dishwasher creates ALOT OF BUBBLES...and you use ALOT of clean towels trying to soak up the suds as you run the dishwasher 10 times to get all the soap out.

Second, NEVER underestimate a child that tells you she is going to throw up...because if you do she will projectile vomit all over the table...and cupping your hands in front of her mouth WILL NOT be enough to hold all the vomit...neither will YOUR plate full of food.

Dude- did you not learn from my experience? When that little voice inside your head says "my kid's gonna chuck" don't waste time!!!!!
:(
Who's sick? Is Adam back home for a few days, or away to the races already?

Ha, ha, ha! Oh, I feel so bad for you, but I must say, you made me laugh out loud. :) Thanks for the smile on my face.

EEEEEEEWWWWWWW!! We're dealing with stomach flu this morning too, but since it started shortly before our alarm went off this morning, Peanut started off with an empty stomach. Even if it had gone where it wasn't supposed to, there wouldn't have been much to clean up, thank goodness. I'm just hoping and praying the rest of us don't get it. Yuck.

When either one of my kids is in a barfy mood, they make this hacking-cough type sound. This is our warning to quickly rush them to the sink - or to a cleanable floor.

Oh my! I was wondering how many times one would have to run the dishwasher to get the suds out.
I hope your daughter feels better.

Ok, ick! That's just too much cleaning. It always happens all at once, doesn't it?
