Seriously...offer the lady who is trying to lift the big bins of groceries and other stuff into her van some help.
Don't go the next aisle because she is taking a while and her cart is full,
and don't walk by thinking it is cute that she has a baby strapped to her.
She won't mind the help...in fact she would most likely be shocked that someone actualy stopped to give her a hand.
