Finding the Time

I'm tired...really tired. Happy...but tired.

Taking care of my 3 kids, and running an old farm house and all that happens in and around it AND managing our lives is taking a toll on me. I
So....I am finding more time.
I can't create it...so I will find it.

I am spending the next week cuddling more and napping with my babies,
Reading the books I've been meaning to finish,
Taking long hot baths,
Focusing on my bible study,
putting my feet up and smelling the country air,
praying,
and most of all...Listening to what God has to tell me.

I check my mail in the morning and write at night, and franctly by nightfall I want to take a bath and go to bed. I just don't have the time to write, and take an hour bath unless I don't mind falling asleep in the water and waking up cold and pruney.

This week the hot suds are taking over !!

How?

I am not going to Blog!! As much as I love to write I am turning off my computer for a week. That's right...I'm not even going to check my e-mail/facebook/ or read other peoples blogs.

I want to find that extra hour in the day, and I want to Stop constantly thinking about what I am going to Blog about.

SO.....I WILL SEE YOU SOON.

Please pray for me because I am weak and pathetic and it will be REALLY HARD NOT TO CHECK MY MAIL!!!

BUT...

I need to do this for myself. I just want to SLOW RIGHT DOWN and laugh with my kids a little more. I still have to do laundry/cleaning and all that other daily stuff but I want to just sit and play a game.

o.k this is it really....

I'm signing off.....

really....

O.K here I go...

Call me ;)

I am commenting! Are you reading this? I'm sure you are. Just because you don't respond doesn't mean you didn't read this. Admit it, you're reading your email!

Praying for strength for you. Enjoy your time away. I pray you find it refreshing and renewing. We will all still be here when you get back.

Slowing down is always a good idea. Have an awesome week off -- or longer if you discover you actually like being 'unplugged!' Take care!

Hi Alyson - when you turn your computer back on, I want to thank you for hosting my apron giveaway last week. And I'm have to have found your site:)

I hope you do well and get some rest! I know how tiring it is with three kids and I don't have a farm house either!!

Thanks for stopping by and letting me know about your research with vaccines. I do get very frustrated that most of the news and controversy only highlight mercury as the "bad" ingredient, but I really don't like ANY of those yucky ingredients and they have been linked to stuff on their own!!!
