My husbands idea of a Sunday Drive

My husband is home for the weekend from Police College. We decided to take the Bush Buggy out for a spin in the back country and explore his Dad's property....A leisurely Sunday drive so to speak

We got up close and personal with some Beef Cattle hiding in the back fields. They were not happy that we disturbed them...oh well



We admired the Hay fields and checked out the wild life.

This field was fun. It was an overgrown field in the back. It had a TON of Monarch Butterflies and 'grass' that was taller than the jeep we were in.


It was ALOT of fun.....UNTIL I STARTED TO SNEEZE!!!! Then my eyes started burning a little...and my throat closed in. After that my face felt like it was on FIRE, and my excema on my FINGERS started to itch.
Apparantly there was a little bit of Pollen and Ragweed in the back field.Notice how the hood of the car is COVERED in pollen??

And APPARANTLY I'm allergic :)
WHO KNEW???
This pic does not do my face justice...My rash was way worse than it looks!!

At least I got a good nights sleep. The allergy medication I took knocked me out cold on the couch at 6pm :)
