My brand new Little Man

Thank you all for your prayers and well wishes. We are home now and recovering nicely. I had a wonderful Mothers Day bonding with my new baby boy in the hospital. He is very quiet and peaceful.

I have to laugh because as most of you know I was praying for a painless birth. Well I definitely got that!! A painless BIRTH THAT IS ;)
The labor was the quickest and most painful of all three and so I ended up getting the epidural...so the Lord answered my prayer and let me have a painless BIRTH :)
O.K. so that was not what I meant but thanks God :)
Goes to show you that you should watch what you pray for because it just may be answered :)
Anyway I'm glad to be home. We take possession of our new home tomorrow. I'm going to stay here for a few days while Adam takes the girls and starts doing some painting and stuff. The big move is not until the 26th so I have a few days to make lists and recover.
I'm going to go rest now. Again...thanks for all the support.

He is so beautiful! What a wonderful Mother's Day gift! My Julia was born on Mother's Day 5 years ago... Wow, time flies!
I'll be praying for you as you continue to bond with Peyton and recover... You, the proud mother of three, look sooo happy!
Blessings!

Omigosh you guys - he's beautiful! Well done!

Alyson, your labour was similar to what mine was for Kirk (except water broke just before he came out)-

Love to all 4!!!

What a beautiful little son you have. Congratulations. I just love the shots of Payton and his sisters. He appears to be looking at them, just like somewhere from way far back he should know them, and now, they finall get to see each other face to face. Beautiful.

A former pastor we had said, that the philosophers believed that all babies are born with the wisdom of the world, and as they grow, little bits are forgotten. I love that image. Don't you just see the wisdom in his face?
