I just knew we would sell our house this week!! and I was right about the person who was going to buy it! We had two offers presented to us this morning. Both of them without conditions and both quite good offers. We managed to get exactly what we wanted for the house as well. The best part is that it has happened after only two weeks of having our home on the market and now I can breath a little.
I am happy that this certain lady will be getting our home too. It suits her just perfectly and I know she will be very happy with the neighborhood. It really does make a difference knowing we've sold it to someone deserving of it.
Now I get to go spread the baby clothes all over the place, wash and fold them....and put Lara and Erin in the same room. That will be a treat I'm sure :) I'm hoping by the time Peyton comes they will be used to it. We will be praying for that for sure!!!
Oh, our closing date is May 29th so we will be moving up the closing date on the Cedars for the beginning of May. That way Adam will be on Paternity leave and we will have a month to paint/decorate ect in the new home.
The Lord certainly has answered our prayers. We got the price, the quick closing, the right person ect that we have wanted. Thank you Lord for that.
