Today and this week marks some big milestones in our lives.
1) I am 30 weeks pregnant today!! 10 to go. I can't believe it. Sooooo happy. I am still feeling good but getting sore and uncomfy. I am ready for Peyton to arrive and can't wait for him to join our family.
2) The girls are now sleeping in the same room!! I thought Lara would be the one to be silly but it turns out it is Erin. She is not in her room and is now in a new bed so she is taking a little longer to settle down. I don't have to be mean yet but I did have to take away her dollies at 3am when she decided it was time to play and wake Lara up!! I think they will love being in the same room and will grow quite close over the years. In the new house we are putting them in the same room as well but there will be another room in case they decide to be by themselves.
3) Adam's interview is tomorrow!! Apparantly they tell you in the interview if you pass to the next level so please pray for us. He is nervous but I know he will do just great. He is starting to feel better (sick wise) but still has alot of sleep to catch up on. Hopefully tonight he will get a good nights rest.
We checked out our house again last night. I took measurements of all the windows and wrote down which rooms need painting. John (my mom's fiance) fell in love with our attic and it looks like this summer instead of an addition we have someone to finish it for us.
After consulting with our resident architect (my step sis in law Ana) I think we will hold off on the addition for now. We are going to draw up the plans for the future but I just can't see us borrowing all that money right now. Instead we will finish the attic for an additional play/rec space and the upstairs bathroom really needs to be redone.....those two projects along with all the little ones (like customs closets and clothes lines ect) will take up our entire budget. We are just fine with that. We have years yet in that home to do some more.
That's it for us. please pray for our health this week as we are all lacking sleep and are still a little sick.
