THE CEDARS

The house inspection went very well. The inspector happened to have inspected it four years ago for the previous owners so he was very knowledgable on what has been done to it. He is also a liscenced carpenter and gave us some great advice on our little addition.
The foundation is great...there are just a few minor things we will fix but that is to be expected in a home that was built in the 1800's. We will start saving for the roof that will need to be replaced in about five years. Whatever. that is no big deal.

I was informed that the house used to be called THE CEDARS way back in the day. What a wonderful name!!! I could not have picked one better suited myself.

Oh!!! Adam also received an interview date for Febuary 20th yesterday!!! Now that they finaly looked at his file!! He phoned for the second time three days ago to see how things were going with his file and for the SECOND TIME it was sitting on some ladies desk and had been forgotten. The lady felt horrible so she promised to look at it right away, and two days later we have an interview!!
Adam is quite thrilled and relieved.

So all in all yesterday was a pretty great day.

In His grip,
Alyson
